Why I created Via Rubra
I created Via Rubra because, for most of my journey, I was alone in the descent. The darkest initiations—the deaths, the doubts, the nights I felt more shadow than self—were survived behind closed doors. There was no one I could trust to meet me in the void, no circle that honored the deep work of connecting with the dark womb, or even recognized what it means to be remade in that space.
Everywhere I looked, I found surface-level communities—spaces focused on sensuality or the glossy side of the divine feminine, but never the real current beneath. I needed more. I needed a place where we could talk about what happens in the dark, where support is present but not performative, and where shadow and pleasure are both sacred.
Via Rubra isn’t just about death and rebirth. It’s about learning the difference between the impulses that drain you and the sparks that can ignite your next creation. It’s about weaving the Qabalistic paths into your daily life, and descending into the void to meet the dark mother—not out of obligation, but because that’s where the real visions arrive. I’ve laughed, wept, and even fallen in love inside these meditations. I’ve found joy, wildness, and genuine erotic awakening in places most communities won’t even mention.
This is the space I wish I had—a home for women who want real connection, honest ritual, and deep exploration, not another “high-vibe hangout” in disguise. This work is honest, sometimes raw, and never for performance. Here, transformation can be fun, but the depth and integrity remain sacred. If you crave a space that holds all of you, welcome to Via Rubra.

THE FOUR THREADS THAT HOLD THE CHAMBER
Each month, we travel these threads in a simple cycle: reflection, practice, descent, and shared revelation. Little by little, the weave thickens, until it feels like a second skin you never want to shed.
Each second week, you receive an audio that moves breath through the pelvis, heart, and throat, teaching the body to translate longing into action. Over time, you recognize the subtle difference between an impulse that drains you and an erotic spark that can power a new venture or boundary. Eros graduates from distraction to disciplined fire.
EMBODIED EROS
Every month begins in the underworld. I guide you to meet a single fragment of shadow—envy, grief, rage, or the quieter ache of self-doubt. Instead of banishing it with affirmation, we place it on the ritual fire. Through focused prompts, breath, and witnessing, the raw material darkens, liquefies, and finally clarifies into usable power.
SHADOW ALCHEMY
Mid-month, we dim every light and slip into stillness together. A guided dark-room meditation carries you past the mind’s chatter into the black womb where new selves gestate. You pose one question and wait. Perhaps an image drifts up, a sentence, or a tingling in the left shoulder; whatever rises becomes your oracle, the voice you learn to trust.
VOID COMMUNION
The month closes with a live Rose Lecture on a Tarot or Qabalistic path and threads it through story and ritual. As the month unfolds, the archetype appears in dreams, discussions, and decisions. By living a path, not merely studying it, you train the nervous system to recognize and embody nuanced states of power on command.
ARCHETYPAL INTEGRATION

JUNE THEME: THE SOLITARY FLAME
June initiates Via Rubra with the energy of the Hermit: the quiet authority found only in intentional solitude. Every rite this month is designed to strip external noise, lower you into the dark womb, and reveal the inner light that will guide you along The Red Path.
WHO THRIVES HERE
Via Rubra calls to women already versed in their own darkness, those who crave a disciplined yet mystical cadence, relish symbolism that seeps into muscle memory, and value a small, steady community where raw truth is held with reverence rather than fixed or judged.
VIA RUBRA IS FOR
I. Women already fluent in shadow work who want a steady, month-by-month rhythm to deepen it.
II. Seekers who can savor intentional solitude and do not confuse silence with abandonment.
III. Souls drawn to symbolic language: tarot paths and archetypes, and eager to live those symbols, not just study them.
IV. Creators willing to treat desire as compass, letting body-wisdom decide timing and direction.
V. Circle-keepers ready to witness others without rescuing, and to be witnessed without flinching.
WHO WON’T
If you’re seeking a quick hit of motivation, a guru to dictate every move, or a crowd that keeps conversation on the surface, Via Rubra will feel unnerving. The chamber asks for self-led depth and a willingness to meet silence without flinching; anything less will chafe against its walls.
VIA RUBRA IS NOT FOR
I. Anyone looking for quick fixes, daily hand-holding, or constant pep talks.
II. Followers who still need an external guru to tell them what every next step should be.
III. Curiosity shoppers who collect courses but rarely integrate practice into daily life.
IV. Those uncomfortable with shadow language, erotic energy, or ritual in darkness.
V. Individuals seeking a purely intellectual study; Via Rubra asks for embodied participation.

YOUR GUIDE ON THE RED PATH
I am Christina Zayas, the guide behind Via Rubra and Founder of Cultesh. My life’s work has been an unending journey through shadow, symbol, and stillness—fields I’ve explored through Hermetic Qabalah, Thelema, Jungian depth psychology, and the practice I call Void Communion. Over the past decade, I’ve woven these traditions into a living path that moves through the body as much as it moves through the mind.
My daily ritual begins with breath and posture. I enter the void state to dissolve old patterns and listen for the intelligence that lives beneath thought. I practice sexual transmutation to channel raw energy into clarity and creative force. I engage the Tree of Life as a map I chart in my own life, and I return again and again to the texts that shaped me—Crowley, Jung, Fortune, and others who taught me that transformation is both inner alchemy and embodied devotion.
Via Rubra emerged from this continuous work. It is the red path I discovered in rubedo, in The Scarlet Woman, and in the awakening that comes when you choose truth over comfort. Here, I offer structured rites, Rose Lectures, and a community of women committed to real practice. Every element—ritual, study, transmission—reflects the deep research, disciplined devotion, and visceral love I bring to the path.
If you’re drawn to a practice that meets you in your own underworld, that honors erotic intelligence as a sacred force, and that holds you in a framework of ritual devotion, you’re invited to walk Via Rubra with me.
WHY THE NAME “VIA RUBRA”
Via Rubra translates as “The Red Path,” and it emerged at the intersection of three powerful codes. First, there was Rubedo, the final stage of the alchemist’s Great Work, where matter and spirit fuse in a glow of living red, symbolizing integration and rebirth. Then I saw in Babalon, the Scarlet Woman of Thelema, an uncompromising embodiment of erotic power and devotion. Finally, the legend of the Red Pill in The Matrix reminded me that true awakening often begins with a choice to see reality as it is.
Those three currents—alchemical completion, divine erotic sovereignty, and radical awakening—flow together in Via Rubra. It’s a path of structured rites and transmission that leads you through shadow into embodied presence, silence into intuitive knowing, and devotion into lasting change. In choosing this name, I claim the red trail that runs through every practice here: a living invitation to walk deeper, rise clearer, and become whole.
